I think that looks really good but I'm always feel pessimistic about projects in South Korea since none of these proposed towers ever get built (Seoul International Business Center, Busan Lotte Tower...etc).

I second that. The design is pretty good, i dont like the spire though and the facade isnt too good either but with that said i havnt seen it from close up, neither have i seen how the surrounding buildings look.

For some reason the project feels very korean... which is good i guess.

I don't like the spire as well, i think it would look much better without it... But otherwise it's looking pretty good...

Looks nice with the spiralling effect around the sides. It kind of reminds me of Q1 on the Gold Coast in Australia.

Did Frank Gehry have a hand In this?

The bottom of the building looks like something out of Frank Gehry's playbook, but without all the super wavy lines. Weird. But the rest is nice.

I don't really like the design, a little too boxy for my liking. And I highly doubt this will be built anyway.
