Nice Start
Quote:
Two of my concerns: 1. Can Thiruvalla be considered as a city ? (Please post the population / area details). Thiruvalla is rather a Town. 2. Monsoon - June/July to Aug/Sep - SW Monsoon (Edavappathy) Sep/Oct to Oct/Now - NE Monsoon (Thulavarsham). Please correct these details. Other facts are correct.

This is not in cherthala nor in pallipuram. Its near thurvaur(southern side) after kurukkan chantha. Land is near the SNGM educational trust. Initially KSIDC planned 285 acre Hi-tech Herbal Park. There was no takers for this project. Now they planned it as an IT park....
