I would even say 3 in some places. If you follow the updates carefully you will notice on the outside areas they lay one thin layer of the concrete then (waterproofing?) matting, then second thin layer of concrete, and on this page we can see another fresh concrete on top of that cake

Anyone notice the top right circle, I think that is where the crane is going. Also I notice how evenly placed the rebars are, look at the difference from right to left.

I assume a second crane will be installed on the opposite side of the pit.

Wonder what the big steel object is for. It looks a little too big for the crane, but it's sitting on a spot designed for it. In earlier pictures up top you'll see 4 unpaved spots the the footing of this huge metal is sitting. Anyone with the to expertise to explain this method of construtction.

It looks big because it's an M1280D,the biggest one.

Three M1280D are used on ST.From the number of the cranes' parts on the constrcution site,I guess there will be four cranes on PAIFC.Maybe two are M1280D.
