its great to see that the progress is moving at a nice pace now ,do we know how high this steel will go before any of it is encased in concrete ?

nobody knows that...but i don't think they'll build the steel very tall without concrete. maybe one more time new steel on top of the current columns.

the core base concrete will take a while to be finished after that I believe we'll have some speed I think 3-4 months at least

The basement will take for about 8 months or more to be finished as I think. But The core can keep on rising at the same time.

Hi all.

I can see concrete walls and square columns in some of the previous shots. They look to be for the lowest basement level. Whether that lowest level is B4 or B5 as some plans show, remains to be seen.

Pat posted on the partially hidden concrete work previously.

what is happening with the spiral ramp from the last picture ? looks like they prepare the form-work under and will poor concrete over??? strange ? wasn't supposed to be removed step-by-step as the pouring of underground levels progresses ?

Probably the ramp will not be removed,and will be used for the underground park .
