I believe on ST the form structure moves upward as a whole unit.

That´s for granted at all times, even from street level. The mountains to the south of Shenzhen River are in Hong Kong.

What is the altitude of the top floor of Ping An tower (as opposed to spire top)?

Will the view south from the top floor include view through any gaps in New Territories mountains to Victoria Peak?
