I think so too. In the last pic you can see the inserts in the concrete where the floor carrying beams will connect to the core.

I expect Goldin Finance to be faster but then suddenly in 2015 Goldin Finance will slow down just under 600m and Pingan IFC will overtake it.

I was just thinking that in a few weeks, as the tower grows, we won't be able to see the Coco Park huge electric guitar there by the entrance way to Coco Park, from the usual angle of the overhead photos...

When ping an reaches arround 580m it will slow down as well. I guess Goldin will top out earlier, but until arround 580m it will be an interesting race

I guess Goldin, but it's just speculation.

The spire may make the difference (why Ping An will lose)

The third crane (#2) jumped over the weekend! It seems that crane #3 gets prepared to jump as well soon and crane #4 top is finished and ready to operate.

So it seems that they will finish jumping the cranes before break for Chinese New Year.

Yes, all four cranes jumped already!
The question now is: How do they proceed as all cranes are above the new added steel elements. To add another layer of steel elements they have to jump again otherwise they only can add them at the inner square of the core.

At some point I even can imagine that they will work through CNY! We'll see.

And they have poured that super column. These new parts must finish these three floors of the core, and the forms can move up too.
