Counting is a bit difficault, because they don't have numbers on the floors (unfortunately). I count 20 floors underneath the casing of the core.

Those numbers are too small! They should put them bigger so we can see them from a good distance

Those exposed steel super colums look crazy going up in the air like that.

I don't remember seeing cross braces like that on the core steel, and the beams and columns look heavier than usual. Or have I just not been paying attention?

This building is taller than a tower in Shanghai. It's amazing

That is a truss belt level.

I didn't think this was having truss belts with all of the outer bracing.

Neither did I, but perhaps it corresponds with the first of the darker bands in this render, and if that's true it gives us a good idea of how far construction has progressed so far

And how far there is still to go

I believe the bottom angle is intended to be slightly smaller than the top. It's shown like that in renders and actuality.

I believe you're correct. Perimeter diagonal cross bracing looks as though it will intersect with the opposite supercolumn just below truss belt levels. My guess is that between this truss belt and the next, we'll have X shaped crossbracing like at the base instead of a / like we're seeing now. The next truss belt level marks the end of the base taper, so its support could probably use twice the strength to support the majority of the tower's frame.
