It's massive already, the core itself could be a building... like some forumers said in the shanghai tower thread.

Looking forward to that. The cladding looks very cool in the renders.

For those of you who don't manage to keep the track of Shenzhen supertalls, the two plots in the foreground in that pic will host 2 supertall projects in a mid term, one of them may be actually a supertall twin tower project.

From the photos, doesn't look like there is much traffic in the area? Anyone got a photo proving Shenzhen isn't deserted? lol

lol Shenzhen's got nothing to prove. I think you've seen one too many articles on Ordos from these "China Bubble" media vultures. If you haven't heard of Shenzhen, you should look into where your iPhone was made or try ordering something on eBay and look at the shipping label.

Shenzhen is THE birthplace of capitalism in China under the CCP. It's by far the world's biggest boomtown, and in 30 years it has turned from a village with one road into one of China's biggest and richest cities.

Yep. All it takes is, well, to have a walk in the city if you want it 'proven'.
Shenzhen is probably the last place in China to be worried about.
