Topping out in (probably) 2015, rising from 2012 gives it 165m per year. Or if from 2011, that gives it 132m.

What are the demensions of the shaft. It seem that the outter walls are very clost to the core, and It does not look like there will be much floor space.

Yes, that's indispensible for such tall towers to have very massive walls and columns. But it's pretty impressive that we are able to build 110, 120 or more floors up to ~600m + spire/crown.

i rather say it is only 115 floors for up to 600m. Burj Khalifa fits over 150 floors up to 600m. the reason being all these tall ones in china are mostly office space.
