Hey moderator, thanks for removing my post about the missing CN Tower in that diagram. I forgot that the truth and facts always muddle the conversation on here and they are never welcomed.

Actually, you will notice the CN tower is on the diagram. You need to scroll right to see it. Go back to the previous page and see for yourself. And FYI, the CN Tower is no longer the tallest free standing structure. Even the CN Tower's own info PDF says it was only the tallest through 2010. See link below.

http://www.cntower.ca/site_Files/Con...lance_2013.pdf

The CN tower based on Raw Height would be further to the left on the diagram, except for the fact that this diagram is based on roof height, not full height. Roof height, if I am not mistaken, is the roof of the highest regularly occupied floor. In the case of the CN Tower, that is the SkyPod at 457 m, with a total height of 533 m. Burg Khalifa has a higher roof height of 670 m and higher total height of 829.8 m.

So the CN Tower is definitely not the tallest freestanding structure in the world anymore.

Which is not what he claimed. Could've saved yourself a lot of time quoting figures if you'd paid a little closer attention.

What does the missing CN Tower has to do with this thread? Nothing.

One World Trade Center got its crane removed almost like a week ago! This diagram is outdated! What a disgrace!

I know. A part of the joke is that it was from a few weeks ago, so I made fun of it by saying it was outdated.

Looking at Shenzhen, you get a feeling of a organized and developed city, similar to the west where everything was planned and re planned to make the city look better. Some of other Chinese cities is developed but not organized.

guangzhou cbd looks a lot more planned to me tbh, because it is just one planned area, this has a lot of planned areas that together will form the skyline

yes, it looks like the last underground floor has been completed, so work on the ground floor can start.

Why are the last floor beams orange? And are the sections that are "cut off" on the last 7 floors or so part of the design or just yet to be constructed?

Keep the pics coming! I think for the last few days we had a lack of pics.
