What are those green tarps on the left side of the tower for?

When will the cladding be installed? I can't wait

The green is probably a net which protects things from falling down.

I'm waiting for cladding everyday

that desgin is wonderfull classic...not so progressiv like the new supertall in Shanghai, but also very interessting...that Tower in nyc would be called the "new empire state"...unfortunately die americans are afraid of building higher Skyscrapers...the wtc with just 430 m high the roof (not 541m!) is to small to win this catergorie...and Chicago has no Money to build the Chicago spire.

Answer: Draw skyscraper progress diagrams

I finally updated my world construction diagram. Current height of this building is 252 meters or 827 feet

Roof height used below

Thanks for putting that Diagram together. You should add the Kingdom Tower to it and list it as 1,007 meters.

I totally think they can get it PAST 300 meters by the last day of this year (I know the 30th isn't the last day and all, but how much could American construction workers do with their regular pace?)

This is the fastest rising supertall in the world (and even though it might not sound so surprising because there aren't that many rising supertalls in the world, it really is!)

Right now the core is about 265 meters. 300-265=35. 30 days in December and 20 (even though there are really 21) days in November added up equals 50 days. 50 divided by 35 is about 1.4. 1.4 meters times 3 equals 4.2 feet (let's round that to 4). If we assume a floor is 16 feet (because 16 is a multiple of 4), the construction workers should pretty much continue their normal pace because 16 divided by 4 is 4 and they're going at about 2 floors per week.
