but when the core is 30x30m and the whole building 70x70m the core has to cover more of the floor space?

on what site is the floor plan?

I think that the base may be 70 meter wide, half way up it is a lot less, probably 55-60 meter or so.
The floors seem to be less than twice as wide as the core.

hey when at this heght the building is 60x60m and the core is in full size 30x30m the core covers 50 % of the floor and at the base maybe 40% of the floor

today CORE JUMP i tink they are so fast, the whole structure is 300m high on december 30 300+

30x30m = 900m²
60x60m = 3600m²
900m²/3600m² = 0.25 = 25%
