Just a question, how do you get around with balls that big? Do you pop em in a wheelbarrow?

I rather have the building turn on hold for half a year and them getting the paperwork done for it to rise with spire than for them to finish it off quickly, but without the spire.

The building has certainly not been rising. I guess they are awaiting for approval from the government for the spire

This building will loose about half of its status with me if they don't build the spire.
Plus, correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that this building was supposed to be 1929ft/588m to the top of the crown without the spire. So it won't even be a megatall? Very disappointing indeed.

Why?
The neverending discussion about the spire becomes boring.
Imo it's a fantastic building with or without a spire. I don't understand why it will lose half of its status when they ad no spire?
I know that the majority here wants a spire, i like it "spireless" much more because almost every skyscraper with a tappering shape or pyramid like top becomes almost automaticlly a spire. This is boring.

Of course, Pingan looks much better with the spire. As a second tallest building in the world will be more famous and fascinating.

I believe it will keep the spire... It's meant to be.

m.focus.cn/sz/zixun/6062970/

dunno if this article was already shared but it puts end to the debate on the height . It is clear we won't have a spire and it would be a building tappering to a point. With the new height being 600m

Can't read that article we'll need better confirmation then that to believe that the spire been cut from the design.
