(but since GZ has a restrictions of height 600M,that would be impossible,LET'S WAIT FOR THE FIGHT BETWEEN ST AND PINGAN IFC~

Guangzhou should allow Guangzhou TV tower and also future buildings to exceed the height restrictions.

why are there high restrictions anyway? because of the giant shadow which may be disturbing, or because of a near airport?

the renders on that site are amazing, the mall looks great, as does this building.

Are there any renders for the 300m tower?
