yea, shanghai is close to being done growing in terms of skyline. Many other chinese cities are starting to grow now.

I belive they are done building super-buildings (after Shanghai Tower)

I belive they will still build a lot of 150-250m towers in the future.

I Like Shanghai Tower 632m, Shenzhen PIFC 646m and Tianjin 117 Tower 600m

LOLLLL they even made a comparison picture with shanghai center, they really wanted to beat that building. maybe thats why they waited for so long :P

Completion 2013, thats pretty fast compared to shanghai tower, but i guess constructing this one is easier and alsoo a spire.

It reminds me a lot of 2 IFC in Hong Kong.They could have made a more original project.
Still quite elegant anyway.

its got the taste of empire state building..looks really good from far away

and if it really surpasses shanghai tower by 14m with the spire....then i faint haha
