I'm so happy finally we get an supertall desing different from all those fully glassed boxes/bottles/whatever. Here we have more details and stonish looking walls. This one surely will look quite brutall with this cladding but its actually what makes it so unique. That plus the height and classic shape. After all its 600 meters corporational tower - it just can't look silly

With this said, I fully disagree with those arguing this tower should be redesigned for another "modern" glass botle - we have it enough

the cladding looks simple but modern, i think it doesnt really look unique, but very nice and it doesnt have to look unique, since the shape of the scraper is

Well you can't see stonish cladding on supertals to often these days. They are fully or almost fully glassed. Thats what makes it unique imo.

Hi all.

Holy Moly - if that's soil testing, it has to be some kind of record for the number of boreholes in such a small area.

I can't think of what else their doing - definitely looks like their boring holes.

But is it soil testing ???

Hi Charles.

As for excavation depth ...
The drawings show 5 lower levels.
There surely has to be a thick slab below that.
So unless there have been major revisions they would be digging further
I guess we shall see ...

Hi all.

Hi Koops.
I noticed the footing for the supercolumn as well.
There is also a large concrete block in between the supercolumn areas on the bottom.

These things are making it look like there won't be 5 lower levels.
Not impossible, but leaning towards unlikely.

I'd still like to know if all the boring is soil testing though.

Maybe they were used to form these supercolumn foundations. The shape and size looks similar:

Those slots are way too big for super columns, I have no idea what they are doing down there anymore. Strange!
