Cool pic vision. Nice work. They really need to add those proposed buildings at the south end of the Biscayne wall.

Wow, wow wow, that would be amazing!! Thank you for the vision lol. Upper Brickell and the CBD look very dense, amazing! Even with all the towers we're getting in this boom, our skyline is going to change even more in the next few years, it's going to be dramatic. Brickell's going to be 10x more dense as well as an improved CBD! Go Downtown Miami!

Very nice photoshop job. I got one request, though--can you add in the MDCC Wolfson building that was posted a while ago? The one with the big hole in it. That would be the complete image for 2015. Oh yeah, and maybe even the LRT connecting Miami to MIami Beach.
Picky, I know. Sorry. Again, though, awesome rendering. |

The 2nd 600 Brickell tower at over 900 feet is missing too. Its at least as realistic as EWT.

The MDC Oppenheim Tower is also missing...I think its going to rise about 600' so it should be pretty noticeable in this shot...

Paramount Park I believe is listed at 756 ft. vs. Marquis 679.. I don't know why I didnt think of the MDC Wolfson..knowing where that goes I now know that Empire has to be one lot south cause it's in between the Libertad tower and Empire.. And yeah I need to add 600 Brickell as well as Infinty 2..
I just got so pumped I wanted to show it off!! when I get it done I'll post it soon.. I put Capital just behind Espiritu I believe thats where it goes.. just south of Infinty 1.. |

Paramount Park looks like it is a Middle Eastern building because of the roof.

Fantastic work!
Capital is on the block West of Miami Ave. and South of 14th St., across the street to the West of One Broadway but a little bit North since O.B. is kinda centered on 13th ct. While the building still fixing it's windows is on the block East of Brickell and North of 14th. I think your placement is pretty accurate, it's tough to figure from that angle. Oh! And you forgot to put in the new gigantic cruise ships!

OK...
I did Villa Magna It covered Capital...you can see Infinity 2.. You should find on here 600 Brickell, Epic, Mint behind Brickell on the river, the peaks of Icon in front of 600, Met 2, Met3, One bayfront, Empire, MDC Wolfson Campus, 600 Biscayne(Libertad), Paramount park(redid it.. you were right 305Lover It did look like something in the middle East.. It has 2 renders I went by this one ![]() and of course Marquis topped off.. PS. I don't like the Dupont tower |
