So predictable.

Those pictures from docker are from the NE of the skyline, and many of our buildings are on the Swan River side of the skyline.

You may not have noticed but they were also shot from a much greater distance away than your two pictures of Adelaide (the first looks like it is 2 km away).

FFS.

If people like you keep nicking stuff off Flickr without crediting the artists, they're going to stop putting photos up... or only post tiny sizes.

Yeah, you gotta name your source, not just the site, only takes 2 seconds to copy and paste their name !

You may not have noticed but Adelaide has nothing to do with Perth.

Agree with Giorgos. He's just stating the facts.
Perth's CBD is long and very skinny. Looks good (tall and has some degree of density) from the west and east(99% of the pics on this forum from these angles), very average (tall but no density) from the north and south.

Awesome shots - love the ones by geniusatplay and adam1975

Optus looks lonely in the last shot, hopefully soon it will have some company - if those current proposals get built.

How far from the CBD is Taringa, JayT?

Looks like about 10-15km...?

Some awesome pictures there!

I love the shot from Mt Dandenong posted by Mic. Is that your picture or did someone else take it?
