^ 8 parking levels? Isn't it that parking levels have low vertical clearance? (e.g. In TriNoma, 4 levels of parking space is equivalent to 2 levels of shopping space). If so, how will this affect the overall height of the building? Is it safe to assume that once done, this tower will have the same height as a regular 18 storey building?

Even with the low parking floors, the office floorplates will most like have the floor to ceiling heights of Plaza 1, which is pretty high. So it will still dominate its part of the skyline.

7 parking floors (2 to 8)... the 1st floor has a high ceiling (murag 2 ka floors) since kay reception man...
clarify ko lang Plaza 2 is the low rise 9 (completed) Plaza 1 is the high rise (u/c)
