#PROJECT: AJMAN PEARL

This Project just launched this week, Seems to be similar to Ajman One in Concept, made up of 12 Towers. I believe this project belongs to Ajman Sheikh.

Render (Couldn't find a better quality image):

Location:
Near Etisalat ajman, not too far off naymeiah, located just beside the very end of Ajman Creek (keep in mind it is not located directly on ajman beach as the render might mis-lead you)

Pricing:
Starting from (approx) AED 425 / Sqft

Parking Charge: AED 30,000

Floor Charge: AED 1000

6 Year payment Plan

Apartment Sizes:
1 Bed 905 Sqft gross
2 Bed 1280 Sqft gross
3 Bed 1659 Sqft gross

Views:
Creek / City View
Back Road View

Main Developer:
REIE (Ajman Real Estate Investment Est) , they are the guys behind most downtown developments (cornishe residnce, horizon, etc)

Overall Seems to be a solid project with easy payment plan, not the best designed towers out there, but a good buy for someone looking for a luxury development close to downtown and near the creek side.

These apartments are bit too pricey for ajman, plus there are floor charges and 30000aed for a parking space is unreasonable. I think ajman has a lot to prove in terms of producing quality apartments (Emirates City will be a big test) and until further developments complete, I for one, would not want to buy anymore units in Ajman.

I tend to disagree with you. These prices are similar to other prices in Ajman. What you should notice is that these are prices for a payment that extends for 6 years with a down payment of only 10%. and with 50% to be paid after completion which is scheduled to be on June 2010. If you take out the premium of the extended payment, the cost per square foot will be similar to other projects in Ajman.

A more accurate perspective than that provided by the developer.Towers A3,4 & 5+the 2 higher towers would provide nice creek views especially the highest floors as long as the industrial free zone in front remains low profile.

The A series of the towers has been sold out. The B series are now selling. Plus, the two taller towers at each end are not up for sale yet. The real estate company indicated that the towers might be used for commercial purposes.

Its about time they decided to upgrade the road infront of the Ajman Pearl and Al Khor project to add more lanes and build a few underpasses to allow better flow of traffic and transform the area.

The Free Zone right infront of the Ajman Pearl is so under developed. I believe they should relocate the Free Zone to some place more convenient.

Regards
CoV

Thats correct. Industrial area is now being relocated to Jurf. The current new Industial area is with-in the city... a lot of warehouses and shops have been given notices to relocate before december.

They're making way for new buildings.
