Yes but down the street is another 100 meter getting built so they are working on it I would say.

Frankfurt needs more residential towers. I think it's one of the best skylines of Europe.

it is getting some new residential towers soon. they're too small to make a significant impact in the skyline though. I doubt there will be many residential projects over 70m.

I'm sorry but I really hate this design. It seems overwhelmingly boring especially with the strict grid of glass and stone. I think it would have payed off to be alot more adventurous with the cladding and come up with something more interesting like New Babylon in The Hague or Montevideo in Rottedam.
