Another 150m tower.

I actually liked the old shorter design very much. Now the entire area will be made of 150m towers. Really boring.

The new OFFICIAL Height of the Tower is 158 m.

As on the site of the Jappsen Ingenieure, who ware responsible for the development of the elevators ect.

So in the end we might get a 160m tower if they keep increasing the height.

Height increas is always good, but i am more excited to see the new design. I hope it will be a stunner, because Frankfurt is currently building way too much of those boring type skyscrapers. Maybe the redesign has made the Kaisekarree to a "small" stunner.

I would not expect much from gruber + kleine-kraneburg, but thank god the french architect viguier is part of the design team - so hopefully the design won't be as strict as the first one.

Concerning Building mass i liked the old design, with all the steps in between.
I am concerned that the new design will just be a long box with some cracy mosaic facade as mentioned before....
That would not be a stunner.

As is just found out of a certain source, the tower will indeed have around 160m.
Also there is a 2nd Tower planned on the site with about 50 m in height and 13 Floors which will be a only residential tower!
