I do wish the mall will be as tasteful (in a middle market way) as Lucky Chinatown.

this construction seems too slow. since 2007, eto pa lang, year of the turtle kaya ang sinusunod nila.?
I think this is the consequence of having very affordable/cheAP monthly payment. they need to gather first funds from the buyers.

Langya, styrofoam pala ang gamit nila sa gitna ng mga walls nila.. styro then cement... tinipid naman maigi ng developer ang mga investors sa project na to. tsk

Are they using it in between units or just for bedroom partitions? Baka they are using the 3D wall panel system. They also have benefits to buyers. It is easier to demolish walls when remodeling. I personally like it because the walls will end up less thick than chb walls, meaning I will have more floor space.

In between units... Actually a styro is a good insulator, unlike sa gypsum walls ng Century mas effective to sa soundproofing.. My main worry is that this will be more vulnerable sa fire and sa insects and sana informed ang buyers about this.. Dapat alam ng buyers Saan Gawa ang mga walls nila.

YES I agree! they should advice their buyers whatever the changes in the plan, or/if the developer has no time in giving advice to their valued clients, at least the agent will do. in times like this, makikita natin kung sino ang matinong kausap na agent!

just taken this late afternoon. T4 at 20th floor and excavation works on T1 and T2. So that's about 12 residential floors added in 5 months, perhaps they would top off in 8 months.

26sqm 1br unit is now priced at ~3M making SLP the most expensive EE development on a per sqm basis.

isa ako sa mga buyer ng empire-east kumuha ako ng San Lorenzo Place nung umuwi ako ng pinas ang SLP nsa Ground Level palang my updated po ba tsaka kumuha din ako ng Kasara nung nalaman ko na drawing palang at wala pa ni tingting nakatayo kaya nagback out ako ask ko lang yung RF ko marefund ko ba yun

pumunta ako mismo ng SLP pumasok ako sa Showroom nila nagtyaga akong nagbasa sa mga thread d2 i mean ang SLP pala matagal na pala yan until now dipa natatapos sana dis coming 2013 matatapos na para naman mging good invest natin ang SLP mganda ang view nila wag po tayo makinig s mga negative comments dahil nung nagback out ako sa kasara isang tawag ko lang sa empire na magback out ako right away nakahold n lahat ng tseke ko sa kanila din pinagawa ako ng cover letter din ang sabi sakin ng collecting department nag advise sya na tawagan ko ang bangko para di pumasok ang monthly ko dis april...thanks empire hope 2013 ok na....

ang pagka alam ko yung Reservation Fee is usually good for one month...puede ka magbago ng isip at umatras...at makukuha mo yung RF mo kung hindi ka lumagpas sa isang buwan...however pag lumagpas ka at tsaka ka nagbago ng isip...medyo mahirap na siguro mabawi pa...depende na sa ahente mo kung matutulungan ka mabawi...
