showroom is already up. it's actually huge and the parking lot can accomodate dozens of cars.

just met with my agent.. they were trying to get in touch with all buyers... instead of tower 3 which they initially opened for sale... ililipat daw kami sa tower 4 which they decided to build first.
hay from 14 units units per floor ngayong biglang 24 kaming units per floor. wow mali kasi yung paglagay nila ng showroom... it's on the spot where the supposedly first tower (tower 3) will be built. i guess it's also a sign na they do not have the resources para unahin ang t3 kasi this will mean they have to build the huge podium below it.

this is a big news! won't the podium be shared by all 4 towers? will T4 be right beside the supposedly T3? why not build T1 and T2 first?

nakow... hindi pa ko nasasabihan ng agent ko ah.
i got 2 units, one in 7th floor and one in 36th. concern ko lang, diba yung isang building oposite ng site sa edsa, yung building na luma, hindi natuloy yun sahil nag reklamo yung mga mayayamang nasa subd sa baba nya diba? sana naman wag mangyari ito sa san lorenzo tower. |
