Milwaukee

Milwaukee Mark, I always liked the shot you had of both the Downtown and East-side skylines, can you post that again?

The more i look at the semi-new Conrad & Simon HQ shots, the more i like them! Hopefully this holds true for the JWub, Penn Centre, etc. etc. too...

For better or for worse, but yes... It's also intriguing to see how "long" our skyline really is! Just think you can barely see One Indiana Square in the 2nd two pics AND it will look so much more fresh soon!!

That's a nice photo of Clayton MO from the air, but I've seen better.
Why is St Louis barely visible and way in the background?

Clayton has a better skyline - sans arch, of course -but St Louis has more character(s).

Yeah, that's more or less it, but it think it gets better as you move upriver so the angle cuts across the street grid more. Plus I'm in love with the steam plant these days, especially with LOS looming behind it. It's not the densest view of downtown, but I think it's one of the most interesting. The JWM might ruin it, though.

I think this may be my favorite shot of KC - it has to be the best panoramic I've seen for capturing from Downtown through to the Plaza, including the Nelson Atkins (don't miss it at the far right)

LOL I can see why though...I can not say there is one photo that sticks out. There is always something missing that needs to be covered

Since the city is on many hills, some of the in-between buildings are in the valleys.
Here's the in-betweens.

I wish I remembered who took this photo, because it's great. I think it was someone on this site.

That certainly is a killer pic. I didn't really think so much at first, but once I looked at the highway and noticed the tractor-trailer on it and how SMALL it looks(seems like a toy!), WOW! This is some crazy zoom and I love it.

Feel free to post more than one shot from this point. I renamed this thread "The Great Midwestern Photo Thread" and stickied it.
