ORAN | Bahia Center Towers | 31 fl x4 | Under Construction

“Oran was grafted on a landscape without equal, in front of a bay with the perfect layout”
Albert Camus

ORAN

ORAN

Located on the road of cliffs, in prolongation of beautiful and imposing sea front of Oran, our project constitutes a first Oranian on the urban and architectural level.
Named EL-BAHIA Center, in homage to the town of Oran, this project is conceived and will be carried out according to the techniques and quality of frame which this third millennium imposes.

Project structuring in the urban plan it will be used for a beginning of installation of a cornice which will have to compete with the qualitative sea front current in the plans, aesthetic and architectural for the purpose of constituting a segment of urban continuity of high invoice.

In a word, project EL-BAHIA Center will be used to restructure the center of Oran and will make it possible to fully reconcile the citizen with his sea front.

not a big fan of seven identical towers. One of those is great or seven non identical towers, but 7 all the same is not.

It'll be good for the skyline though.

When you have a cluster of buildings, stretching out like that it makes the area appear more dense.

icosium, why are you putting other information into a thread dedicated to one single structure?

Better open a new thread dedicated to all projects going on in Oran.

Nonetheless, keep up the good work!

Very interesting to see what´s going on in Algeria!

Nice pics, icosium! I remember Oran when I was younger, even though I was there only for a few hours.

I see only 3 towers being built. What happened to the other 4, as shown in the renders?
