"insp!re" Condo Tower, Cape Town CBD

To be located in Cape Town's historical CBD, (and only steps from Mandela Rhodes Place) this development known as insp!re, includes the creation of a small parkette where residents of the tower, as well as the public, can enjoy a quiet space to sit under the shade of trees and read a book. At the base of the tower, a small patio cafe overlooks the parkette. A rear laneway from an adjacent development provides vehicular access to an underground parking garage.

Excellent design! I love the name.

But it's got Toronto written all over it!

Yes, I realize it's very Toronto-based, but I put some different designs together that would create a tower very appropriate for Cape Town.

Thanks everyone, so much, for the comments. I welcome suggestions too! Either way, hearing feedback is what makes all the hard work worth it.

Based on the design of the insp!re condominium tower, and from the same developer comes a fine new collection of luxurious residences for the Johannesburg CBD. Coming October 2007.
