You are a sore loser aren't you? Accusing other people who constructively criticize your project. Do a simple lookup, and you'll see that I've only criticized 1 project and that is WSB.

Remember that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". You like your view from the 18th - good for you because you're the one who's going to live with it. For me, I couldn't care less for Pattaya's crappy view from any level of any building at any location. Not only the view that sucks, but the water and beaches as well. Geez, you have such low standards if you think that the area is the greatest!

Views and beaches of Bora Bora, Fiji, Maldives, etc. - Yes
Pattaya - I'll take a pass.

For now, you are viewing from just a slow growing shell and you have nothing to back up your claim of WSB being what you say it'll be. I hope to be proven wrong in 2-3 years time, but for now, I'll hold my ground - WSB is not worth the risk.

Due to all the negative critics we decided to speed up the project . The Residences will be ready in the first quarter of 2013 and the Hotel will be operating from October 2013. The inspection from the Swedisch Engineer were very satisfied. the use of concrete 500 is the best quality in the market and there are not many project that can cleam that they use the best . also the floor ticknes of 25 cm is above the standard of the most condominiums that use only 20 cm . The double wals between the units are more than 25 cm thick you will not have to listen to the nosie of your neighbour . The quality of the water pipes ( import from Germany ) with ATM up to 20 is the best you can find in the market . The Sprinkler pipes are hotel standard that is the double of the quality of what is used in the most condominiums . The WSB have 5 elevators for the residences and 6 for the hotel . Today there will be inspection from the board for the tiling from the badrooms and the floors ,It looks great and the combination of the colors is very nice . We are now testing the window on the 4th floor . We will keep you updating abouty the evolution of the construction of WSB.

Well, I am not criticizing the project, but I am getting a bit tired of you! You seem very desperate to tell us how good this project is, but has no photos or figures to show us.. You`ve already told us that you have invested in this project "big time" and I think most people on this forum tends to think that you`re afraid you can`t sell your units. So your constant posting here is unfortunately for you not working in your favor.

Like I`ve said earlier, I have no idea if this project will turn out good or bad, but you are doing a really terrible job marketing it!

First of All i do not want to sell my units . i buy because I want to live there . How can you think for other people . I think that you have nothing else to do than critiseze everything on the internet . Building up is more dificult than to destroy . And if you are tired of me why do you want to spend time on that . everytime i update I feel happy . maybe a good advice for you keep it simple and enjoy your life man life is to beautifull , look at the brithe side of life .pictures of the construction update you can see on the developers website . And I hope for you that one day you will have sufficient money to buy one unit in this beautifull resort !
