I am sorry, its nothing personal, but The Sails got a few floors up and was stopped a couple of years ago by the same guys, now they need to prove them selves before i or many other people/potential clients will believe and trust them.
They need more then a few floors, they need a great project to gain some people's confidence in them as developers, i wish they make it happen and build a great project, but till then,
i am not impressed by a few floors or contracts with international hotel management companies (Mavenpick, Regent,Crown Plaza)

it is very easy to upload pictures....(and updates are very much appreciated to give everyone an idea of whats going on...a picture replaces a 1,000 words)

however, first you should save the pics on a website like photobucket or flickr etc.

then, when posting here, just type after the web link address of the pic [or just click the "insert image" button when you post a message and then copy and paste the web link address of the pic]....

we are cheering this project to complete

The work todate is worth about baht 10 million maximum, they have at least Baht 2 billion to go so ask yourself us it to good to be true !!!!

Grand Assets have nothing to do with APEX. Apex is the Developer for the White Sand Beach Movenpick and Grand Assets for the Sails.
