Do I see some dark cladding on the lower parts of the structure? Any detail photos?

the tower is supposed to be green. the dark color might be the undercoat.

Yes the bitumen-based undercoat sealant, however that's a sign that cladding instalation time is comming.

Yes and that is a good sign. I hope that the other Al Attar Tower will start it's cladding soon too so they don't look like torsos...

8 windows x 8 windows. really boring floor plate. but i enjoy how the extruded height rises up to a unique top section which gives dubai a great skyline./ the cladding looks ok.
