Where is this beach with an annual average 80 degrees, cuz I was there over the summer a lot and it was like 107 each time, not exagerating, I saw that in the paper and was like, no wonder!

Sorry missed a word. "Well the beaches for starters, water with an annual average temperature of 80 degrees." I mistakenly assumed that by saying beaches it would be a given.

Go during the winter. Its pretty common for the high to be around 80 (or mid 70's) for a couple of months.

A house in Pebble Beach, California overlooking the golf course and the Pacific and within easy walking distance of Carmel.

I know...but the water is ice! But yea, the winter here is the best. Its not too cold. I read somewhere that the average winter temp. is 67.

The water, at it's coldest, in Jan in Miami, is warmer than the water at it's warmest in August in NY CT MA and Maine.

For about one week a year, the Jersey Shore is as warm as the coldest water in MIAMI

Arch, make sure you clarify that it is the water at the Jersey Shore is as warm as the coldest water in Miami. Otherwise you will cause confusion.

Yea and how about Cali. People over there love to brag about their beaches, but the water is so damn cold.

California beaches are a surfers paradise, but that is it. The water is dark, cold and obviously rough as hell. I was driving up the coast through Malibu a few years back and those homes were nothing to call home about. The ones on the mountains and hills were much nicer.

what a wonderful quote. miami is such a great city. i would love to live in downtown miami condominium if i had the money...lol...or south beach would be great to, my preference would be one of the buidlings on brickell right on the bay though also high up in the tower
Yes Juan, our " gone to rest " Friend,

It's True , a Condo high on Brickell Ave. , right on the Bay,
# 1, home would be in the " Plaza on Brickell " penthouse condo over looking Biscayne Bay, and it's the highest point in that area to overlook many other towers including the ICON Brickell towers to the north and The Jade to the south , with Infinity 1 blocking the view to the southwest soon !!!!

# 2, choice , would be the Both North and South Towers of ICON Brickell top floors ,
A great View in both tall 586 foot towers at the top of any one !!!

If I could live anywhere in Miami, I would choose the 70th floor penthouse of the Four Seasons Hotel and Tower...simply because it's basically at the "top of the city" and overlooks everything else.
