I'd say it's been hippified, and now looks more appropriate for Portland. If a conservative box building was renovated like that elsewhere, it would certainly be an eyesore.

The entire building was gutted down to the original steel structure, and completely redone inside and out. It is now a "green building" using the latest technologies such as reduction in lighting energy usage through advanced, optically-enhanced light systems that automatically adjust to the amount of daylight available; A 65% reduction in potable water consumption through the use of low flow fixtures and reuse of rainwater for toilets, urinals and irrigation; Modernized elevators that regenerate power when they descend.
A solar array on the roof to offset up to 6% of building energy consumption, with solar power produced on-site. Unique energy-saving treatments to each of the building’s four sides, including light reflectors to provide daylight in occupied areas, shading fins to keep heat out during the summer, and a vertical screen to provide shade and cooling in the summer for the west facade.

I kind of like the back. Gives it a bit of a grunge edge to it.

The cladding is OK but the funky roof ruins it

The new facade looks fine, but it is not necessarily better than in the old situation.

I hate the cladding passionately. The roof is bad, but the cladding is far worse.

If you want to find more info about any skyscraper I'd suggest digging on SSC or SSP, SSP diagrams or CTBUH's skyscrapercenter

Lol, can no one tell that those twin towers in Karachi are photo shopped versions of the smaller identical tower the their right? They do no exist, just yet. Only the 2 towers to the right have been completed.

Someone's stupid enough to devote that much time and energy to create 2 absolutely plain-looking towers? For what?
