It's insane to have such a shabby balcony 22 floors up

If they weren't such repulsive colours and had decent balconies, then they might actually be bearable to look at. They still wouldn't be great, but they have the potential to look a lot better

That's just a neat modern building. Not beautiful sure. But to call it the most ugly skyscraper (or a skyscraper to begin with) is a bit exaggerated.

This skyscraper in today's guess the city looks very intimidating. Its architecture itself is not so bad, but it surely doesn't respect its surroundings.

I just hate the colours and the clashing forms. I'd be a bit embarassed if that was in my town.

Check out a couple of Karachi skyscrapers. They're truly awful.

Each country has their own styles. Maybe what you built in your own country is different and others might think its weird

Haha Paris has much worse concrete suburbs than that...

These are just next to La Defence btw.

People in Eastern Europe ofthen think Western Europe doesn't have this style of buildings while the thruth is, all European countries have commieblocks.

I agree, I thought it looked horrible at the start, but when I found out that they had the cladding to do, I could rest in peace

The most beautiful building that has ever been built. I will never understand how it could possibly be seen as ugly, apart from comments from anti-NK propagandists who will hate the building regardless of its beauty. It is proportioned in the golden ratio, has amazing cladding and one of the most unique shapes in the world. It is a fine landmark in an otherwise drab city skyline.

Although I'm happy to say that the overall opinion of the building seems to have improved a lot over the past 1-2 years. Now it's time for the newspapers to see past the country and find the beauty in this building.

It reminds me to the library in Prishtina, Kosovo

I'd never ever call it the most beautiful skyscraper, let alone building ever built, but I have to admit it has a certain character, it's interesting and thought-provoking.
The cladding could've been done much better though, now it has kinda 'Dubai feel' to it.
