Very controversial building in the capital of my country, Moscow. The Oruzheyniy Tower. Many people consider it ugly and inferior. The architects tried to make a modern reading of the famous "Seven Sisters", but it turned out some shit, in my opinion....

I used to think it was bad, but now I think it looks like those futuristic drawings of buildings from the 30s.

Apparently, people no longer see ugly skyscrapers so I will add one.

To be fair, it had some pretty worn out and discoloured glass.

But they were recladding it when it caught fire.

Perhaps not the worst building in the world, but a bland, ugly building in my town.

Hilton Hotel, Lexington,KY
The side is the worst of it- there's no windows, except near the top.

The Bangladesh Bank and the building to it's left, or the whole area needs some revitalistation, a simple recoating of the building and installing of different windows could do exactly that. It's going to look odd with all the new buildings planned on motijheel road such as the red crescent rupayan tower (45 floors) and the Dhaka Chamber of commerce and industries tower (DCCI TOWER/ 35 floors)
RCRT tower

DCCI tower

In this area there is also a 47 storey tower on proposal and another 45 storey tower on proposal.

I hope another architect comes about in a few years to give that first building a new cladding like it had in the original renders and tear down that white plastic crap. Soviet commieblocks have nicer cladding than that.

The second building's okay, nothing wrong with it in my opinion.
