I'll probably have a thousand people jumping out at me for saying this, but I absolutely HATE the Aon buildings (in Chicago and Los Angeles). They're both incredibly ugly boxes.

Haifa university, Israel:

The Haifa university main building is the most stupid building in the world. It was build on a mountain without checking the environment first so now it's closed for a few months each year because the winds up there are too strong and it's impossible to work inside there.

It still stands...but partly abandoned and the residents have voted for demolition to make way for larger & more practical building.
