That thing is atrocious. I wouldn't even call it a building, I'd just call it a WhatThe****.

I wonder if there is no building authority in Macau that could prevent such a horrible outrage from being constructed.

And don't people in Macau feel ashamed about this eyesore as their landmark?

I really like the central tower (tallest one), but the surrounding towers ruin it completely for me.

you know, a lot of these 60's buildings look ugly primarely because they are degradated - but this one surely never has been beautifull

ah, wait, there can't be any skyscraper more ugly than these 31 layers of parking garage in São Paulo, can there?

Ahja, and don't forget the Süzer Plaza in Istanbul - a true crime against the skyline of Istanbul

Not only because it is absolutely hidious, but also because it is actually built on a plot where the height is limited to 10 levels because of the UNESCO protection of part of the Istanbul skyline. After protests the judge decided it to be an illegal skyscraper ... but as far as I know it's still there ...

For me, this Holiday Inn is the ugliest building in downtown Toronto. It photographs better than it looks at street level. Trust me, it's gross.
Especially in the context it's in on King Street.

Higher part on the right is very good already, wish it would have been built in my city.

I suppose it has an elevator - and perhaps some guys who park and return your car for you.
