This is probably the crappiest and ugliest building I've ever seen

I don't really think this was posted somewhere here, so why not just put it here.

It is pretty ugly, but not the ugliest in the world to me. The ugliest in the whole world is probably this:

Horrible building! Maybe they should demolish it and build a new building there

That doesn't look all terrible in my opinion. The breaks in the facade on the "right" tower aren't attractive, but overall it's not a total disaster That Sao Paulo building is a nightmare though I can't even understand what's up with the horizontal lines that divide each floor by 3 ...
Anyway, here's a building that is really bad in my opinion when compared to others :

Frankfurt, Tower 185

There's just something about the two distinctive styles clashing with each other

And here's something proposed for Warsaw :

I hope that this will never happen in our country. I don't know what the designer was thinking, but whatever it was he was really wrong about it. I'll skip the fact that they don't fit in the look of the city - they are rubbish overall.

[edit]

About the wavy structure that Mutiix123 posted - it's a shopping centre in Warsaw, widely acclaimed in our country as beautiful Even though it's too fancy for me, I think that's the best thing they could come up with - the whole area is surrounded with buildings and virtually every kind of roof would feel out of place.

Come on people, please write at least the city in which the ugly buildings stand and not just post a random image without a single hint...
This is NOT "guess the city"!

"Złote Tarasy" are not exactly liked here in the Polish section of SSC and I think most architects don't like them either. The main reason for this is poor street level impression, empty walls and some weird decorations whole complex seem to completely ignore the surroundings which is even worse considering it's right in the center of Warsaw
