Another long distance view of D1 Tower, and 10 days old... but better then nothing.
Thanks to Gerald for his gigapano, from which I took the snapshots. D1 is rising quickly - fabric is up to lv44, and glazing to lv25, I think. 31/March/2010, from Burj Khalifa-Gigapano by Gerald D.:

Wow, almost 4 1/2 months since last update!
This is from skyscraperlist.com. D1 is around 59 floors here, including the top formwork, I think. 10 Sep by 234sale:

Stunning building, D1. If only it were taller it could have been one of the best in Dubai. It looks better than it's bigger brother, Q1. Will be interesting to see how Palazzo Versace turns out too, as we also have one of them here.

I agree if taller is always better! but even though, if this height it will be in the top 80 tallest buildings in the world
thats not very bad if u ask me!
