This is the official plan:



Line 4 is interpreted by the government as "Capuchinos - Zona Rental" section but the most users knows that it really starts from Las Adjuntas towards Zona Rental, sharing a common section with the line 2 between Mamera and Capuchinos.

The map shown by you belongs to the 2010's master plan designed in the 90's and is being subjected to major revision by the transport authority.

1) What is the target year of opening line 5 & 6?
2) Left side, right side or both side, - which type of platforms are in most numbers in Caracas subway network?
3) Elevated, ground level or underground, - which type of stations are in most numbers in Caracas subway network?
4) Which are the highest and deepest stations of Caracas metro?
5) Which is the busiest metro station?
6) Which stations has interchange facility with suburban rail network?
7) Where is/are the depot(s) of the subway network?

I've never seen such a hilly city surrounded by green hills just side of metro line. It looks like metro is running on the ffot of a hill.

Line 5: undefined
Line 6: Section between Miranda to Warairarepano is expected to open in 2016.

Con la construcción del Metro de Caracas. Se ha abierto desde el punto de vista de las obras de materiales de gran proyección social. Una nueva etapa en la vida de la republica. Este metro va a tener una extraordinaria influencia sobre el costo de la vida en la capital. Hay que ver lo que es ponerse con el pago de 3 Bolívares y en tiempo de 18 minutos desde Propatria hasta Chacaito.

En el metro de caracas, no hay estaciones abandonadas; asi tipo Kymlinge en el Metro de Estocolmo, o Pedro II en el Metro de Sao Paulo?

Over $ 300 million invested in Line 2 of Metro Los Teques



17/06/13.-El Bolivarian Government invests over $ 300 million in the construction of Line 2 of the Metro Los Teques, reported Monday the vice president of Great Works of Metro Caracas, José Luis Pacheco, from the pit Santa Isabel , located in the municipality of Miranda state Carrizal.
