The soil in the location where they are building the tower are of different types, hence, they have to make sure that foundation is stronger.

I don't like oil money skyscrapers. This is one of them. Megatall made of Petroleum money.
There is no spirit in this tower even though it's going to be the tallest on earth. Too bad, too sad.
