the day before yesterday ..

the Saudi government adopted historical decree ... imposing fees on any lands .. 2.5% from the equivalent assessed price of the land ..

this will urge converting the whole Kingdom City (which include KT) at Jeddah to buildings soon ..

I think they are using a special concrete that can handle large loads without having to be so thick.
