If that wasn't clear, then i should say: The amount of height changes Burj khalifa had from the first design. which was around 300 Meters.

Jeddah Tower Top Left
The distance from the flight path is about 5km (3km if they go a straight line from 16R/34L).

How high will the highest concrete pour be? Still up to the concrete spire?

I'm pretty sure floors will go higher than the 167; however they won't be used for hotel/residential/offices but instead for air conditioning, electric, ect.

What I find interesting about the Kingdom/Jeddah Tower (other than obviously its extraordinary planned height), is how small and few the rooms appear to be. They seem really rather narrow - seemingly about two door widths wide (although granted hard to tell from our angles). I guess this is OK for hotel rooms and that sort of thing but it will be interesting to see when larger open space will be noticeable, such as restaurants etc and how they will be laid out.

In particular it's interesting to see the bulk of the Burj Khalifa in the photo on the previous page - it looks huge. KT doesn't seem like it's going to be quite so bulky!

Hard to say indeed.
The base of KT is about the same as BK, or even a little wider.

I expect that rooms/apartments in KT will not be so small.

At BK for instance, many apartments (on the ends of the wings) have large columns in the middle of rooms.
This gives a lot of unusable space. These columns are up to 3 m in diameter is my estimate.
KT does not have such columns at all.
