The sheer size of the spire is disappointing because it takes away from the highest floor's view however there no contest that this building is still extremely iconic and marvelous. This building's highest floor will be 1,000' above One World Trade Center's highest occupied floor (where I have visited) and this tower's spire will be 1,500' (roughly) higher than One World Trade Center.

It almost looks like some jpg artifacting in the image. But it could be a safety net type thing. If they do that kind of thing there.

I'd like to give everybody a chance to try to guess. If you fail, try to ask some architects. If they fail, I will surely reveal, I promise.

So what's the average floor jumps a month? I calculated that in order for them to finish on time, they have to go up 1.7 floors a week. I don't think they are doing that lol

What is current height? As I understood, they are at about 150m now, right?

Looks like construction cage elevator paneling. Rather not the elevators themselves of course but folding screens or some protection walls for the workers. That or netting as was said. Not sure what else it could be.

Why? Nobody's out there to enlighten you? I must anticipate though, if you ask an architect, he may mistakenly think you're talking about some 2 of the Vitruvius' notorious 3 principles of architecture, any of which is a byword in architectural design.
