An isosceles triangle is any triangle that has 2 sides the same length. Since, the tower's final height is being kept secret, the previous statement becomes uncertain.

There seems to be no floor space relative to the core is this going to change?

No, each floor is basically three corridors wrapped around a lift shaft.

But then this way the building will be cheaper and it won't be such a struggle to fill it presumably!

It doesn't look like there's much floor space extending from the concrete but if you look at what Greenland center there's floor space that goes all the way around the core. Different designs but I prefer the world's tallest to have more usable floor space

If you've seen pictures of the Burj Khalifa when it was under construction, it looked very similar. I'm guessing they add a little bit later but this tower could be different. I agree tho. I do think the width of the concrete core looks really thin and im not sure how they are going to fit anything 😂 but nonetheless

Thanks. The base of the building being the same distance to the top of the spire as it is to the shore. In this image, imagine the building is the vertical line on the left and the water's edge is at the point of the triangle on the lower right.

What amazing pictures! I was also able to use the one with the wing level numbers up the side to count the floors, and I see that 028 is indeed where that wing is - it's not lagging behind the construction.

I don't believe there isn't a building between 372 000 m2 and 310 000 m2. I can name several (1WTC for example). That list is incomplete.
