anyone else a bit concerned that they'll try to one up dubai's 1014? i hope this gets completed regardless of the height of the tower.

How is it 50 floors and only a bit above 200 meters high? Is the average floor height only a bit higher than 4 meters? it should be 4.01 or something like that but, I don't think so

What is the base width in meters from wing tip to wing tip? Does it have a wider triangular base than wuhan Greenland center?

Around 97m, AFAIR. It's significantly wider than GC, because the wing length is almost twice as much
