It's 50 floors. The average floor height is a bit above 4 meters which makes sense if it is a bit higher than 200 meters

That is one floor per week.
Should be possible.
What is the speed at this moment?

Actually that is the average floor construction time that they expected at the beginning. But, the prediction shouldn't be this way

You have to take the floor area and how big is the developer's financial crisis into account. These are both becoming less at the moment

Interior Work,

I wonder when we will start to see work on the floors for thing like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Seem to me based on other towers, such as Dubai that should starting soon.

To be fair, we were talking about skylines. As in, "the silhouette of towers". And the skyline of the area around Jeddah Tower is currently made up of one single half-finished tower with nothing around it.

Yes, there will be towers around it in the future. Their final designs have not been revealed, so we have no idea what the skyline will end up looking like. Compare this to the area around Burj Khalifa where, you know, most of the towers are already finished. There is a pretty solid skyline established already. Jeddah Tower's skyline is, at best, a construction site at the moment.

JEDDAH | Jeddah Tower | 1000m+ | 3281ft+ | 167 fl | U/C

They need to work really hard to compete with this skyline

I remember that they are working in the 1st stage of 3 stages. Wait til 2020 because it is too early to compare

2020?!?! Skyline means 30+ towers! 2030 maybe, but there is no way this could be done in 4 years! Plus I have a Saudi friend who told me they still don't have approval to build anything around it! Dubai had many towers under construction before Burj khalifa which is not happening here.
