The Rasuna Epicentrum will be the first superblock in Jakarta that brings a new paradigm of urban development in Jakarta where live, work and play concept is integrated with high quality urban ammenities and a series of progressive architecture like the The Financial Tower.

The design symbolizes the optimistic vision of Indonesia ’s the financial industry. The architecture is designed in a sleek, high-tech and aerodynamic shape. The green concept also applied to the podium design. A landscraper approach arrises from ground the the rofftop of the podium covered with green groundcover. This also symbolizes the gesture of balancing the modern technology with enviromental concern.

The series of elliptical ring of allumunium composite panel on the façade of the 12 storey tower is an analogy of a row of coins, as a symbol of growing financial wealth. The Tower also elevated in the center on the top of podium giving the space platform and café for people to sit, hang out and enjoy the day with a cup of coffee.

To support the financial activities, the top floor is dedicated for financial dealing room designed with all state of the art technology. Meanwhile the ground floor is designed with drop-off courtyard concept, connecting the tower to adjacent vibrant city walk and waterfront promenade.

The Financial Tower is destined to become a new iconic architecture in modern Jakarta .
