Kota Bharu - Malaysia
Kota Bharu is the capital city for the Kelantan state of Malaysia.
[pop: 300,000]. Not bad a skyline considering this state has been 'sidelined' by the federal government for a long time now. But it is badly in need of catching up with the new trends in architecture.
