wala akong latest pics..sorry. i think the latest is the one posted by bluejeans girl. the last time i was there, nasa 10th floor pa lang yung tower 1.

Passed by it yesterday. This project is after the San Juan - QC arch in N. Domingo going to SJ from QC. Even an agent who offered me a unit told me that it's in SJ. It should be moved to Pasig-Mandaluyong-San Juan section.

I'm very interested in getting a unit here. Is it really true that this is a rent-to-own scheme. Per my agent (who I have yet to meet in person), you can move-in soonest you accumulate one (1) year worth of amortization. 30% of TCP is payable in four (4) years and the 70% will not be demandable upon turnover (i.e. 2012).

Can anyone confirm this? Although I will visit their showroom tomorrow.

tell me my agent is misinformed.. haha. ok here's my understanding from what he said. The project is still named Little Baguio Terraces; this pertains to the first 4 towers. The last two towers for PNP, is a project in itself called Suntrust Aurora Gardens.

What you guys think? magulo ba? haha
