It will be demolished and they are going to build a skyscraper over there + a small park if I remember correctly

Private company (Ascioglu) have bought the old area. The state aka TOKI (Housing Development Administration of Turkey) received the 250 Mil €.

So the state aka TOKI spent 130 Mil. € for the Stadium and got 250 Mil € for the old stadium

i dont understand why fenerbahce fans keep on saying the government lost money making this stadium... that has to be the biggest conspiracy theory in turkey at the moment

. first off why would the government care about galatasaray... if it didnt benefit the government why would they start this project... obviously its a win, win situation for both the club and the government. JUST accept this fenerbahce fans.... ur stadium sucks compared to this. stop being so jealous, i liked when fenerbahce built their stadium and i followed its progress with awe, I never once said anything bad about it but when its our turn to shine you guys cant take it. smh.

The Fenerbahce Stadium was the best when it was built.But now the turn is on Galatasaray.

Fener´s stadium is assymetric and looking old compared to TT Arena.I mean the corners are very bad and the tiers behind the goals are smaller than the other tiers.They fill the gap with huge banners.Also the roof construction is nothing special.

Actually every stadium or sports venu belongs to the state.

The clubs are just tenant.
